We just worked with Robert from Sewer & Drain Guys yesterday. We received multiple quotes prior to choosing him to address our outdoor drainage. He had competitive pricing and was honest with us about what needed to be done. He first came out to hydrojet and noticed that our pipe was broken & clogged. He did not charge us for diagnostics and instead was thorough in explaining what needed to be done to address the issue. We then coordinated service for later in the week. I appreciate the fact that he was able to explain what was going on by both showing me and educating me. He is passionate about his job and it shows through his work. Would definitely work with him again in the future in case we come across any other issues.
