This office is perfect. From Alana at the front desk to Stella in the back, to the entire staff including doctor L. They make you feel welcome and are very nice and attentive to your child. Lucas had Invisalign and the process was great. Zero issues. Fully recommend and will miss the care they provide as he’s all done!

The receptionist, in particular, is truly outstanding — always friendly, patient, and attentive. She greets everyone with a bright smile and makes sure every detail, from scheduling to answering questions, is handled smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about each person who comes in, and that personal touch sets the tone for the entire experience. The orthodontic team is equally wonderful — knowledgeable, gentle, and truly dedicated to their patients’ comfort and confidence. They take time to explain every step of the process, making sure you feel informed and supported throughout your treatment.

Big shout out to this office! We found this orthodontist through Jessica the marketing coordinator at her booth at Pack the Park for Pack a Sack last year, and ever since then they have been so wonderful! The whole team has treated us so well and Alana at the front desk is always helpful and sweet. Thank you to all of the staff for their professionalism and kindness!

We love our Ortho Office. We came here for a second opinion after a lackluster experience somewhere else. Dr. Liy is so gentle and kind and uses research based practices to make healthy informed decisions about our children's dental procedures versus throwing anything at them to earn a dollar. All of the techs are top notch. The girls are all well experienced, gentle, patient and understanding. Front of the house is always bending over backwards to meet the needs of our busy schedule. All in all, Seven Springs Orthodontics has been such a blessing to have on our side. If you are looking for genuine care and not a "factory" of an orthodontics office, this is the place to visit!

I am the third of my siblings to come to Seven Springs Orthodontics and they are always so amazing. From the moment I walk in the door, they are so kind and truly care about me as a person not just as a patient. They are very clear and informative with new updates and instructions, and they are so understanding and patient when I have questions. They ask about my family and actually remember what I tell them. They are such a blessing and I would recommend them to everyone!

Hands down the absolute best Orthodontist I have been to!! My other dentist “lost faith” in my work and Dr. Liy took the time to hear me out and present different options so that my journey could be successful!! I have seen AMAZING shifts in my teeth and I’m only two months in! I recommend him to everyone!

Seven springs orthodontist have been amazing I started going about four years ago when my daughter needed braces and now at 36 I decided it was my turn the front staff lady and Alana Is very professional and extremely kind and acknowledges everyone when they walk through the door big shout out to Stella who helped me years ago with my daughter and is helping me now I will always refer them to anyone that I know that needs any orthodontist needs!
