Great service. Have been taking me back and forth between home and hospitals/rehab facilities for over a week now. They are always prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Very dependable. Highly recommend!

We were stranded in the Catskills area over an hour away from Albany after an accident and Seven 11 drove all the way to us to pick us up and drove us another hour to our lodging location. They also provided a black car service back home in Brooklyn all the way from the Catskills area on the following day. We had a dog and it was really comfortable and easy. They were really kind and helpful, and truly saved us.

We recently had a driver come pick us up and went out of his way to make sure we got home safe. So grateful for him and this company. Highly recommend.

Our flight was delayed and we were able to book a last minute ride with George who was amazing! He kept up to date with our flight and was waiting when we got out of baggage claim. It was an hour drive and George got us there safely and on time. Great experience

Black Car Service Our driver George was absolutely the best. Picked us up from the airport on short notice after the rental car we had planned was a complete nightmare. 100% reccomend this service to anyone looking for a taxi, but doesnt want to feel like youre in the back of a cop car. George showed up in a gorgeous Suburban, had the A/C on full blast and was great conversation our whole ride. Highly recommended.

I call them to bring me somewere he sed he will be 25 min i call him 30 min later then he tells me he couldent pic me up becouse he got a costomer and i now wait another 25 min terible service and i missed my appointment beouse of it
