Update: Well, billing has been a nightmare. State Farm has electronically sent full payment nearly 1 month ago, but Servpro says they have not received this payment. I have given them my claim agent contact info to help get this resolved, but the most frustrating part is I am in the middle with Servpro telling me the contract is with me. Agreed, but I also have a company telling me they have paid you. I trust State Farm way more than I trust you! Beware.
Initial: Servpro helped make a messy situation with a burst pipe much better with quick and professional help. Crew Chief Devan and his team Ezequiel, Kyle, and Chris made sure things were nice and dry! Thanks so much—now let’s hope the restoration goes equally as well🤩
