Taegon and his partner Sergi(?) started service on my aunt’s apartment she is renting. They were prompt and polite. Courteous and friendly. They also seemed knowledgeable and patient to explain what they were doing. Even though her landlord decided to go with his standard “go to” company, the work they DID complete was well done and timely.

Diaz of Surfpro came out today to assess weather shower leak had caused wall problems. He very promptly efficiently, and professionally did the assessment and provided information about our walls that needed to be addressed. Excellent service all around

Had a tub leak into our condo with water going into multiple places. We called Servpro, they were there within 75 minutes to start to do the remediation. Taegon led the charge and did a great job. If there is water damage give the ServPro team a call and hopefully Taegon will be the one site for you.
