"My husband and I noticed a few days ago that our master bath had black mold growing under our vanity. We were shocked and know how dangerous that can be. Our contractor, after Ian, left a dripping pipe behind the wall!! I immediately called our Servpro of Sarasota for help. We have used Servpro several times over the years, and they're the best!! They advised us, over the phone, to get our plumber out right away to cap our pipes. We did that and Servpro sent out their team (Joseph and Layla) the following day. They brought all their equipment and went quietly to work. They are both very professional, knowledgeable, quiet and cleaned up just like I would after work was done. All was sealed securely and they left an air cleaner going for 24 hours so we would be safe when seal was removed. This morning Joseph was back, right on time, and removed the seal, air cleaner, made sure everything was perfectly clean. It's now ready for drywalling and installing our new vanity!! This took barely 3 days from first call to finish. As usual, everything went very smoothly and as expected! Brian in the office was a true blessing as he coordinated all to perfection.
