Servpro is an amazing company. From start to finish. Recently had water damage due to a busted pipe. They came in and they did an amazing job on the crawl space and main bathroom. Even Ms. Alexa, she was always available to answer any questions. Her customer service skills are amazing. Even when you seem to be a little frustrated by the end of your call with her you will be in great spirits…. Thank you to the Servpro team….

Recently, SERVPRO did work on my Mother's condo after a severe water leak from the hot water heater, and SERVPRO were fantastic. The water leak happened during the night, and upon discovering it, my mother called her insurance company, and SERVPRO arrived an hour later. They tracked the extent of the water damage in four different rooms and installed fans and a dehumidifier; a SERVPRO technician came every day to check the progress, and four days later the drying was complete, and the devices were removed quickly. SERVPRO then removed the damaged flooring (carpet, vinyl), and we waited two weeks for the adjuster's report. As it turns out, the insurance company had sold my mother a deficient policy and underestimated the repair costs, leaving my 84 year old mother in debt for $10,000 in repair costs after her insurance payoff. In order to help my mother save some money, Fran Welch at SERVPRO removed his company from the process and arranged for us to work directly with their regular contractors, which saved my mother an additional $2000 in restoration costs. This kind of gesture is unheard of in the industry; it is a sign of someone who cares less about profit and MORE about real people in need--the world could certainly use more people like Fran Welch at SERVPRO. When the contractors finished the restoration work, Fran checked with us to make sure the work had gone well. It is so nice to work with honest, kind people, and I cannot thank them enough for the good work they did for my Mom. I HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO!

Our experience with ServPro started with me calling after finding a new “water feature” in our home after a toilet broke while we were gone. The very kind woman who spoke with me had a whole team to our house in 30 minutes and that set the tone for every encounter after that. Our entire experience with the ServPro team was beyond anything I could have imagined. In such a horrible and confusing time, everyone was supportive and informative. They really know what they are doing. Words cannot even begin to express our gratitude for Fran and his team. With his help and guidance, our worst nightmare turned into the home of our dreams. I would recommend Fran to anyone who asks (and also to those who don’t)!

I had extensive water damage through out entire first floor of home. Servpro did an excellent job of responding quickly and removing water as well as all the follow up to remove all affected areas. I would absolutely use them again and refer them for any work that needs to be done!

From Alexa in the office to the gentlemen working on my property, everyone was extremely professional and pleasant. I needed quick service in order to allow the plumbers to do their work and Servpro responded and arrived within 4 hours. I am thankful that they were so fast to help with my situation.

We had an appointment this morning at 9:30 AM and the person was a no show. No phone call alerting us that no one would be coming. We finally called the office around 10 and were told the man was out today. Who is responsible for letting customers know if their appointments are not going to be kept. We made arrangements to be available for this appointment time and had expectations that the time appointed would be kept. Against better judgement the appointment has been rescheduled for tomorrow, hope it is not another disappointment. Very unprofessional behavior and does not give us confidence in company at this point.

A representative named Keegan Welch did great work on my house and explained everything to me that they were doing I recommend Servpro for anyone that it applies to and to request for Keegan

We are a Townhome Community in Winterville and called ServPro with an urgent request. Our sales person responded immediately. She rallied her team to get to us the very next morning. The team was professional, courteous and did a great job! They worked quickly and communicated well to let us know details of the cleanup. Will definitely call them again!
