We had a leak from the wall above our oven, and Servpro Glendora did an outstanding job addressing the issue. They promptly came out, removed the cabinets and oven, and cleanly opened the walls to assess the damage. Their team was professional, efficient, and thorough, placing fans everywhere to ensure the walls dried properly. The entire process was handled with great care, and their work was incredibly clean and well-organized. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and professional.

A very difficult time with this Glendora company. At first, they tried to do a half-assed kitchen "repair" based on the insurance summary without even asking what we wanted. When we told them we wanted to upgrade our cabinets, it took them 51 days to complete the job in what should've taken them a week. They put us on the back burner. Many, many days of just waiting around in an empty house with infrequent responses to our text messages. The pack-in was a disaster because the workers claimed they didn't know what to do because the cabinets were slightly different--as if they don't do this all the time--and they literally dumped everything randomly in the cabinets without any sense of order. We've spent weeks since then trying to find and sort everything out. They also jammed a piece of wood in the hinge of our garage door to prop it open, and now it won't shut properly. After they hooked our fridge back up, the water hammers every time we shut off the faucet; it took them three weeks to even look at it but couldn't find an explanation, so we just decided to fix it ourselves. This is a huge company with many locations doing a lot of jobs. If you want quick, personal, reliable service, I recommend going elsewhere.

He explained the process and steps to me, addressed our questions/concerns with the house, and the crew removed the equipment and cleaned up really well.
