Water damage mitigation at a Farmers Branch home due to a sink pipe water leak that ran through the kitchen and dining room. The vinyl plank flooring had to be removed in the affected area along with the baseboards. Small drying holes were made in the drywall and air movers and a dehumidifier were placed.
