Spring time is almost here, there is that exciting in the air as most of the Dallas-Fort Worth area has been in hibernation for many months including a quick but damaging freeze. We are on the road to a full unthawing and with that comes preparation to get back into the swing of being outside. Below are a couple items to take a look at as we open up:
-clean your gutters
-change your air filters
-look for any cracking in your foundation
-check your roof for any damage to shingles
-look for trees that may have either grown onto or fallen on power lines or other areas of concern
-check caulking inside and out of windows
-for wood siding, check for boards that may need to be replaced due to rot
