Water flooded a home in the Far North Dallas area due to an oversite by the plumber during a home renovation. Water damage cleanup services were provided by our SERVPRO of Dallas Central team. Due to the remodel, electricity was scarce. One of our solutions when this happens is to use a power distribution box otherwise known as a spider box. It allows power to be pulled from a 220 volt outlet which is typically found in the washer/dryer area. The large outlet is then broken down into a number of smaller 20 amp circuits. The home owner was pleasantly surprised by our resourcefulness in accessing more power to dry out his structure.
