Fantastic experience with Service United for my boiler service! The communication was timely and professional from start to finish. Joe and Greg did an outstanding job on-site. I especially want to highlight Elizabeth in the office who normally handles the scheduling. She made it seamless and is always a pleasure to talk to. I usually only talk to her once a year but every year she leaves a lasting impression. I’m sure she could give an great Ted Talk and how to talk people. My days would be a more pleasant if there were more "Elizabeths" in it. Thank you for the great work Service United team!

We had the Aeroseal done to our system because a few rooms had very little airflow coming out of the vents. The team from Services United went above and beyond. They taped and repaired every single vent and all ducts finding massive loss in our return ducts. After repairing they did the Aeroseal. I was skeptical it would work but as you can see from the before/after videos it made a huge difference. Highly recommend if you have uneven heating. They were very professional and communicative through the whole process.

I'm very pleased with my service. Tech arrived before time. Tech very knowledgeable and professional. Got system up in running quickly. I was so impressed with this company and it's employees. I signed up for a service agrrement with them. I know now one less stress event becuase service united has me covered. I highly recommend this company to anyone even if it's service oe emergency call. One very happy and warm customer.

Exceptional service starting with the initial call to when the technician arrived based on the complexity of the issue the Supervisor was called to assist. Everything was handled timely, professionally and with great customer service. Unfortunately for me it required a total replacement of our system and that will be installed within two (2) days.

Services United has always been professional, prompt, honest and respectful of us and our home. If they found something wrong they backed it up with proof and gave us an honest estimate but did not pressure us to have them replace the equipment by them. They let us choose who we would want to do the repairs and told us how urgent the repair really was. have been with them ten years and highly recommend!

Great experience with the team at services United! My furnace died and the team at services united came out very quickly, were able to assess the situation and recommend the corrective action needed to get me back up and running in an incredibly efficient and cost-effective manner. A great team and you will not be disappointed with their level of care and service.

My HVAC was throwing all cold air. I had just had it serviced for the winter, and given the all clear with no additional info. Spent over $300. Quite frankly, always nervous as their guys spend more time on their phones give bull answer and leave in 15-20 mins? That includes. Their phone calls. My goodness what a difference with SU?? Seth was such a professional. Turns out the "servicing" I was getting was not actually done. Seth told me the pump should be cleaned out. That has never been done. So, it was barely pumping. The list goes on. I had multiple issues, was Seth kept me informed as he went filling me in on what he was doing and thoughts and optons. And he was so calm and present that tons of Q's I had never got to ask previously from others he answered and showed me things I shoud know etc. I am now on their monthly plan and will tell everyone I know, Services United is the only H & C Company I would use. And Ive used 3 others in area that I could never recommend. Thank you Seth and Thank you Services United.

Services United did an outstanding job replacing our cracked & worn out boiler. The crew was efficient, mindful of our home and as the day went on kept us updated on progress, After installation was completed and worked checked by start-up tech everything went smoothly. My husband and I felt everything went smoothly and professionally! We used this company 3 yrs ago to install a new AC system. Again very satisfied with pricing, service and attention to detail!!

very pleased with the service we received upon placing a call for malfunctioning residential heating system. it required a follow up and when speaking with Chris, I could tell he was dedicated to getting me a resolution on some unfamiliar equipment. Upon arriving for the fix we were able to minimize the scope of work and reduce the cost of the fix. within 2 hours my heating system is running at full tilt. can’t say enough nice things about Chris. humanity like his is among the things that’ll keep me as a customer!

I’ve used Services United for a couple of big HVAC services and have always had a positive experience. For my most recent project, Greg, the salesperson never pressured me or tried to upsell services. The technicians, Alex and Nick, were friendly, very professional, and did a great job with little disruption. I highly recommend this company.
