Services United did a great job of diagnosing the potentially dangerous problem with our upstairs heating unit, Which due to its age and condition required replacing. The two technicians worked quickly to remove the old unit, were careful to protect our floor/carpet, and returned the following day to install the new unit. The office staff were also forgiving and patient when I needed to switch to another account for payment. I have waited so long to write this review I have sadly forgotten all of their names, but we were very pleased with their efficiency, competence and quick response to our issue.
