"After getting quotes for my 30 yr old boiler and my 25 yr old air conditioning unit I decided to go with Services United because I felt that they went above and beyond when they looked at both systems. Not only did they tell me what was wrong but they took pictures and videos and explained what needed to be fixed or replaced. They didn't try to sell me or overcharge me like some of the other companies that came to look at everything.
When they were here, they were very professional. They tripled checked their work before leaving and seemed to be proud of their work. Then, they sent in a technician to run both systems one more time so make sure everything was done properly and running smoothly.
