"We recommend Services United HVAC in all respects. Its that time of year when some of our central systems start malfunctioning and you cross your fingers hoping nothing major happens to yours. This year, it wasn't just a repair for us; we had to change the furnace! We called Services United HVAC , and Kathy answered our desperate call. She was one of the kindest people we've ever encountered, polite and quick to give us her best available appointment. The next day, Brad, their technician, came. Before his arrival, the sent us a text message informing us that he could come early, along with a picture of Brad, so we were familiar with his face when he arrived. He reviewed the whole system, delivered the bad news, and immediately called Dave, Brad's supervisor, who arrived at our house to confirm the technician's diagnosis. Dave and Brad presented us with the alternatives to fix the issues and also offered the option to install a new furnace that includes a 10-year parts warranty and 2 years of service included in the package. We decided to install a new unit because the repair costs were high and it would only have worked for one more year. Buying a new furnace isn't cheap, but Dave kindly and respectfully offered us a financing option with very low APR: 12 months, 3 years, 5 years, or 10 years. That saved our summer.
