I had water damage to my home, Service Master by Lamroe was quick to respond, they were very courteous and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend them for remediation for any damage done to your home.

Servicemaster came out to restore after water damage. They were very professional. They contacted me often. Telling me what was happening. They tore out floor and wall. They removed cabinets. They cleaned up everything after each days work. They were very friendly and I enjoyed working with them. They did a very nice job!

Excellent service. They arrived in an hour and rescued me from disaster. I woke up to half my house wet and puddles everywhere. Didn't know what to do. Service Master saved the day and guided me through the process. Thank you and will recommend to all my friends and family

I cannot say enough GREAT things about the team at ServiceMaster by Lomroe! From start to finish, they made us feel comfortable while explaining the process of what was going to happen during an unsettling time, as the water supply line to our guest bathroom toilet had burst and flooded practically our whole home. The team was fast, efficient, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. They made sure to keep us informed every step of the way and helped make this disaster feel easier to handle. Recently we had sewage back up into our home. Based on our insurance adjustor’s recommendation we decided to use ServiceMaster by Lomroe. From day one, when Tyler and Sean arrived, we were kept abreast of what the situation was (a bio-hazard), how it would be handled and what we could expect. At the end of each day, we were always informed as to what had been done and what the next day would entail. All our questions and concerns were answered. Each morning we received a phone called to inform us as to when they would be coming to the house. Once Tyler and Sean completed their work, John and Sean arrived to do the repairs. Again, we were treated with respect and kept well informed of exactly what was being done. Each group of young men who entered our home was professional, friendly and caring. You could not ask for a better group of people to come into your home to help in a time of need. We enjoyed greeting them each day and getting to know them. The office personnel, Taylor and Abbi, to whom we only spoke with, were also splendid to deal with. Our questions and concerns were address immediately. We highly recommend ServiceMaster by Lomroe. We were decidedly pleased with how the whole process was handled and the end results of everyone’s work.

Tree took out the garage the first week of February. Since waiting so long for rebuild, after two months we needed some things from service master storage. Got the compressor returned but not the hose to use it, they claim another couple items don't exist ( new plyers, rings, scroll saw...) We have photos of those things in the broken garage! So WHERE are they? All this time they have refused to give an inventory...(apparently they never did one) which is their job description. The four people who did the pack out were personable. However, 20 to 30 boxes (from a recent move) were Not water damaged at all and sealed with my Personal Inventory on the outside of the boxes. The crew was told a Minimum of three times not to open those boxes but to take them to storage. They opened ALL the boxes and took pictures of some of it. IT WAS NOT INVENTORIED by Servicemaster (and they disposed of our content inventory written on the boxes) When four of us talked to the guy in the office, we could not get a straight answer (two different occasions) and stated that you may not see your belongings without an appointment made for a future date! Please beware! They have invoiced for "tagging and inventory" of over 7K and no inventory was ever supplied to us! They refuse to wait til the end of the job to be paid as every other business does and will not return our belongings until they get paid, Obviously we have no surety they will even complete the job correctly. Cannot recommend this business. Keep in the mind the other Service Master in Grants Pass is A Different Owner.

They arrived quickly after we contacted them to mitigate our wet flooring caused from an over night water leak. From day one they were very professional. They operated efficiently each time they were hear from the original mitigation to the demo of the floors, setting up the drying fans and then communicating clearly to let us know what to expect each time. We will use them and recommend them any time the need arises.

I am not in the habit of giving bad reviews, but wow! They started out quickly. Damien and his tears out crew were great. Rachel the receptionist was professional and responsive. DO NOT use for repairs! DO NOT recommend for remodel! AUSTIN MONET blew smoke up my skirt and left my house tore up, wouldn't return my calls and said it was months out to fix it. Then, he acted like my insurance was dragging their heels, but he had only submitted the estimate that very day. I have seven people, including one disabled and one only 7 sharing one bathroom with holes in my bathroom and laundry.

ServiceMaster helped us when we had a house fire last year. Renee and her team were so generous with their time and effort. I want to thank Renee Bellflower specifically for her attention and kindness throughout the whole process. You are the best! Highly recommend their services.

After a fire in my garage my insurance sent Renee and her crew to clean the walls and ceiling of all the smoke,soot, and ash. What a mess!! 3 days later it looks great!! Almost don't have to paint. Renee and service master did a fantastic job!!! 5 stars folks!!!. Thank you Charlie
