Called Service Mule late Sunday. Justin was at my house first thing Monday morning. Quick response, knowledgeable, honest, reliable. He had me up and going in no time and it did not break the bank. Good people I recommend this company to anyone.

Justin and Tiffany at the service mule were amazing. From the initial phone call, to follow ups, to scheduling. Justin did amazing work. I trust his opinion and would recommend him to any and everyone. We had to replace our entire unit (that outside box and inside box). Justin showed up when he said he would and didn’t stop until the job was done.

Appreciate Justin for coming out on such short notice. He was able to take a look at our AC today and get it squared away. She is humming and cooling the house again!! Their prices were very fair and would highly recommend anyone looking for service to call Service Mule Heat & Air.
