Ted with Service Doctor was terrific! Professional, timely and efficient. Service Doctor’s appointment notification system, using both email and text messaging was welcome and very helpful.

This was the second visit - to install the needed parts. Again, very professional and friendly. Took care of the work and explained what was done. Really great service.

Service tech came out same day I called. Ordered parts and set up repair date immediately. Got text to show when tech was on his way and what time he would arrive. Tech was quick, clean and thorough. Very impressive service.

My dryer was not getting hot so I picked this company from google as I was impressed by the reviews. I am so glad I did. They were able to get me in right away and when Clarence came he was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking the time to go over the issue with me which happened to be the heating element needed to be replaced. I am so happy with the entire service. I will be absolutely contact them again if I need any service repairs.
