Serrano's Pool Plastering

I like to say that Serrano’s pool plastering is truly an amazing company with excellent service and quality job. I called Kim to give me an estimate to do my yard pavement, shortly the next morning Abel was here to do the measurements unlike the other companies who never showed up or ghosted me. Kim very responsive and updated me daily throughout the process. They did an outstanding job doing half of yard and basketball court paved in a few days despite bad weather and wet ground. Not only that they done the job the right way with proper drainage and correct slops and elevation for the water to be away from my property. This is kind of jobs and details what inspired me about this company. I am very grateful for the quality and excellent service. I am definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. Our entire pool area was dated and looking tired and grungy. When we met with Kimberly and Abel right away I was struck by their can-do attitude. As we designed our remodel, they were a joy to work with, answering all of our questions. In the end, they delivered a spectacular result. The pros over at Serranos Pool Plastering did a total remodel on our pool, including new pebble finish, new glass mosaic tile, demo'd and replaced a glass block wall in the spill over spa, built a huge sun shelf with bubblers, replaced all the lights and fittings in the pool and repaved our deck with pavers. To say we are pleased with the job is an understatement. Our backyard went from 90s eyesore to contemporary, clean and fresh. Did I mention from start to finish the job was completed in 13 calendar days? Great crew, great owner, fair prices and a great end result. Thanks Kimberly and team.

I’ll just start by saying Serrano’s is amazing! Simply put our pool was a disaster at a home we purchased not to long ago and we knew it was going to need to be redone. After looking at reviews, and realizing Serrano’s is a local family business, we had them come out for a quote. Abel is fantastic to work with, he’s an absolute pro, and walks you through every step. You know you’re dealing with an honest person when dealing with Abel and I appreciated that. We had them quote us a new pebble finish, and asked them to install a new sun shelf. We ended up making a lot of changes throughout the process and the communication through Kim was incredibly easy. She was quick to answer all questions I had, and even responded on weekends and evenings. We had them adjust the sunshelf to a non standard custom depth, and even changed the color of the pebbleafter they had begun building it, but prior to install. Abel and Kim couldn’t have made it any easier. To further complicate things we were redoing our pool deck and had to coordinate between the two companies. Serrano’s made it so simple and worked with us through all of the complicated coordination. Use this company you will not be disappointed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after working with them. They did an excellent job on our pool resurface,step tile replacement, and replacement of a broken dedicated suction line. They were easy to communicate with any time I had questions, and their pricing was very fair. I got some crazy high quotes from other companies which I think were "padded" based on my zip code. More importantly, after the job was completed and paid for I had some concerns over streak marks (not uncommon when resurfacing) and they were just as responsive as before, came out and told me what to try to eliminate them, and if it didn't work they would take care of it. I believe they do stand behind their work. Luckily, their suggestion worked and I have a beautiful pool now! I went with Krystalkrete Super Blue Quartz and love the light blue color.

We are so happy with the work the guys did at Serrano’s pool plastering. My pool looks so great! The team resurfaced the pool and replaced all the tile. All new drain and jets. They are hard workers. Started early and I noticed how they paid attention to detail. Tile is straight. Grout is perfect. They kept everything clean during the job. Kimberly and Abel were a pleasure to work with. I was kept informed of everything throughout the process. Highly recommend this company.

We just had our pool retiled and replastered by Serrano Pools. I can't say enough good things about them! The whole team, Kim in the front office, Abel in sales and hands on with the crew and all the guys on the team were just AWESOME! I am so glad after interviewing 5 companies that I picked Serrano's. I am very satisfied, Miss Kimberly gave me a lot of attention, she was with me throughout the process of restoring my pool and she gave me very good ideas! she made me run out of money.
