It was not as clean as it should have been, attention to detail would be nice. I found an interesting hair on the shampoo dispenser. I'm sure it's that the cleaning rag used for the toilet was used to wash this high touch place, gross. The bed was extremely firm, I realize some like it that way. No new coffee, old coffee pod was in the machine. Details.

Not worth the price in my opinion… We paid nearly $300 for 2 nights and the King bed room was soooo small(2 adults and 2 small kids). The shower had great water pressure, but no tub to bathe my baby in. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the tv connection kept going out like every 5 mins. Not to mention for breakfast the bagels had mold on them when we went to eat them(we did notify staff and they said they would pull the bagels and were very apologetic for the incident)….. We had spent all day at the aquarium and when we returned back to our room around 5pm housekeeping never had came by. The front desk said if we wanted fresh towels and trash bags we could bring dirty towels to the desk and get any other items we may need( like towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and coffee maker stuff) so we did and that slightly irritated me….. On a positive note the front desk employees were all welcoming and nice! Although the beds were uncomfortable, they were clean and no signs of bed bugs. The room was also well kept, other than the cobwebs around the corners of the headboard. The best part of the stay was the friendliness of the staff, however, I don’t think we will be staying here again though.

I didn't want to leave! This place was really nice, Especially for the price we paid. Awesome breakfast. Beautiful room and shower! We had a king size bedroom, with a HUGE smart flat screen TV. The biggest TV I have seen in a hotel like this. That's actually why we chose it over Wyndham La Quinta. We did not regret that decision at all. The staff was amazing, courteous and kind. Comfy beds and pillows. We even had Starbucks coffee in our room, which was a plus compared to most of the hotels we've visited. I would definitely stay here again. In fact it was my favorite hotel out of all the hotels we stayed in over the last few weeks. The only down side, we could hear the guests in the rooms next to us. I don't think that's the hotels fault. In my opinion those guests didn't respect the fact they were in a hotel where others are vacationing and sleeping. Which that can happen anywhere, bso I blame the individuals, NOT the hotel. After reading other reviews in here, I want to add something to mine. We did book a king size non-smoking room through booking.com. However, after check-in once we went upstairs and go inside our room, we see an ashtray and a few small burns on the coffee table and realized we were given a smoking room. Our room did not smell bad at all. No stale cigarette smoke smells. So we really weren't bothered by it, so we dealt with at that low price of $51 plus tax. We quit smoking cigarettes years ago, but we are vapors. We were happy with being able to vape in bed if we wanted. Our room was the cheapest and the nicest out of 10 different hotels we had to stay in from Oct. 24 through Nov. 6. I will stay here again. In fact we're planning another trip for the spring!

This was our first time here and the room was remodeled and very clean. The area was quiet, safe and close to the highway. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast- they had eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bagels, danishes and more. The price was very reasonable and the check in was quick!

This was my second visit here in a few months. I take frequent road trips from Houston Texas to Philadelphia PA and this place is the perfect halfway point. The gentleman at the desk is a sweetheart. The rooms are clean. I don’t know what kind of mattress they had but the room I stayed in this time had the most comfortable mattress I ever slept on. I wish I was able to sleep longer because it was that comfortable! I’ll be staying there again on my way back to Houston and every time I make the trip.

Hotel has been remodeled and on the surface it looks nice but details matter. Our rooms upon arrival had a a horrible smell. After spraying a half a bottle.of sebreeze we were able to make it through the night. Secondly, there was shady character hanging out in front of the hotel at night. Also, at breakfast in the morning there were no plates. We had to use little saucer plates but forget putting a waffle.on one of those.....details matter.

It was our first stay at this hotel. We ended up staying 2 nights due to a delay in a medical test my husband was having. Shirley at the desk was fantastic. She was friendly, kind and very helpful. The Rooms are clean fashionable and comfortable. The shower was great. The couch was a little small and not very comfortable but we sat on the bed. It was quiet and I felt safe . I cannot say enough about this room. Definitely will stay here when we return.

Absolutely DO NOT choose this hotel. The room looked fine when we checked in, apart from bug guts on the walls. Then we pulled back our sheets to find toenail clippings, holes, & stains (makeup & black grease stains?). Housekeeping obviously just remade the beds rather than change the sheets between guests. When we went to the front desk, we were given a new room…Which absolutely REEKED of cigarette smoke. When we went back to the front desk, the (I assume) owner was very irritated & rude, telling me there were no other rooms available & that wasn't a smoking room. I highly doubt any of that was true. My child did NOT want to get back in the toenail bed. I suspect most of the many good reviews are fake. Other guests were extremely loud and the smell of weed was seeping into our room. Breakfast was dismal with signs posted that you may not bring food back to the room?? I’ve never seen such. Choose one of the many other hotels located around this one.

Arrived late in the evening on a motorcycle. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Suggested I park under the portico. The room was recently renovated, very clean, huge pillows and fluffy towels. Walked to a nearby restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and fresh. Highly recommend Serenity Stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel, after our car alternator unexpectedly failed while driving late through Chattanooga. Mr. D and other staff were phenomenal. Comfortable and clean room with nice decor. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was accommodating as could be, and we appreciated everything.
