It was not as clean as it should have been, attention to detail would be nice. I found an interesting hair on the shampoo dispenser. I'm sure it's that the cleaning rag used for the toilet was used to wash this high touch place, gross. The bed was extremely firm, I realize some like it that way. No new coffee, old coffee pod was in the machine. Details.

Not worth the price in my opinion… We paid nearly $300 for 2 nights and the King bed room was soooo small(2 adults and 2 small kids). The shower had great water pressure, but no tub to bathe my baby in. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the tv connection kept going out like every 5 mins. Not to mention for breakfast the bagels had mold on them when we went to eat them(we did notify staff and they said they would pull the bagels and were very apologetic for the incident)….. We had spent all day at the aquarium and when we returned back to our room around 5pm housekeeping never had came by. The front desk said if we wanted fresh towels and trash bags we could bring dirty towels to the desk and get any other items we may need( like towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and coffee maker stuff) so we did and that slightly irritated me….. On a positive note the front desk employees were all welcoming and nice! Although the beds were uncomfortable, they were clean and no signs of bed bugs. The room was also well kept, other than the cobwebs around the corners of the headboard. The best part of the stay was the friendliness of the staff, however, I don’t think we will be staying here again though.
