Serinity has been part of our family for two years now. First our father, who is legally blind and has Parkinsons, began being cared for by them. Now our mom, who has dementia and is extremely weak due to her 30 year battle of Osteoporosis, is under their care. The administration team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Every Caregiver that has visited our home is extremely compassionate. They also have the experience that allows them to care for our parents specific needs. This is such a difficult time in all our lives, Serenity does Everything within their abilities to make this time kinder for our parents and the rest of the family.

I happen to be an RN in Bullhead City and Dr. Fisher was supporting a hospital near Tucson. He took extra time to address all my concerns and the challenges of several untreatable diagnosis due to my father’s extreme malnutrition and cardiac status. I had the honor of being my grandmother's caretaker. Shortly after we were able to join the Hospice team at Serenity. Mindy was kind, caring and so incredibly helpful through the process. I could call her 24/7 with any questions or concerns. Mindy also helped guide me in planning for my Grandma to be baptized 3 days before she passed. I am forever grateful for Mindy and your company. Where do I begin. I had a terrible experience with another local Hospice Company, I felt my mom was worth more than they thought she was with the service they provided or didnt provide her. I searched others and came across Serenity Hospice & Home Health, what a blessing and relief that was. From the first contact I made with Tina to the Case Worker Casey, to the exceptional LPN Jessica and RN Mindy, the professionalism never stopped. They took the BEST care that I or my mom could ask for. Even though it was a short time it was well worth the change. They still check in to see how my husband and I are doing. The Serenity Hospice and Home Health team has been a true Godsend. Having to put a loved one on hospice care is such an emotionally difficult thing to do. The employees at Serenity Hospice and home health have been nothing short of amazing and has made the process so much more pleasant than I could ever imagine it to be. The compassion that they have shown my mother is beyond compare and the peace of mind that they have brought to her is priceless. As my mom‘s caretaker, I cannot express my gratitude enough of how much stress they have taken off of me by giving my mom the absolute best care possible. I truly feel like my mom is being taken care of by their team, as if they are taking care of their own family members. Serenity Hospice and Home Health is a "all-inclusive" service for end-of-life comfort care. My husband benefited from the sincere care that the team assigned to us provided. The team consisted of Tina (Outreach), Mindy (lead RN), Shannon (twice weekly RN), and Brook (twice weekly personal care). They served as educators, guides, and compassionate emotional support for me in all areas of my husbands care. The communication between us all was a highlight of this experience. Many times I felt overwhelmed about all the "next-steps" of which they were always professionally, there for me, addressing whatever arised in the moment and for the long term. Care and Comfort for my husband took top priority & he had a very smooth transition thanks to their repository of skill sets. Oh, and I forgot to mention they operated under the supervision of an accredited Doctor. Any medications, equipment, or services needed were delivered promptly and at the perfect time. I would highly recommend Serenity Hospice and Home Health to anyone seeking a full-spectrum agency to care for a loved one. I know that my experience was enhanced and went very smoothly thanks to these wonderful womens' guidance and care. I'm new with serenity, but not new with Eric their physical therapist. So far I'm very impressed with the staff. Very professional and helpful. Mindy is a very capable nurse for all my needs. Eric is very experienced in PT and all my needs. He is compassionate towards me as his patient. I would recommend serenity to all my friends and family.
