Serenity does a great cleaning job and they are always consistent. It’s very easy to get in touch with someone from there and they are always willing to work with your schedule if any conflicts arise. Every employee that has been to clean has been kind and considerate when it comes to our son taking a nap and all of our animals. I highly recommend Serenity

The service was excellent. The ladies arrived to my mom's house on time actually 10mins early. They were very professional, friendly, and courteous. They really did a deep cleaning all three ladies cleaned the home as if it was there own. My mom and I are very pleased and impressed. We will definitely refer Serenity Home Cleaning. We asked for a fragrance free cleaning because my mom is allergic to all fragrance and that's exactly what they did. I asked that they arrive with no perfume or other fragrance on them and all three ladies, Christina, Shelanda, and Keyonna honored the request. Excellent service and customer centered. After putting it off for years, thinking we could keep the house clean ourselves, we hired Serenity based on the recommendation of a friend in the neighborhood. We opted for a deep clean and then monthly thereafter. We’re very pleased. For the deep clean, we had three people arrive at about 8:45, a fourth joined about 11:00 and they worked hard until about 4:30. It’s a good sized house. The floors and moldings and glass doors look better than I would have imagined they could. Bathrooms and kitchen very good. I’m glad we finally called them.

I got a deep clean from serenity home cleaning and it was amazing. When I walked into my home I could instantly tell the difference. We have a dog and baby but you would not have thought that by the way they cleaned our house. Not only were they proficient with cleaning but they made sure to stay in contact with us through the whole process. Thank you serenity for the cleaning.

Today was my first day with Serenity. Kayla arrived while I was on the phone and immediately picked a room and started dusting. Introductions and a tour of the house followed when the call was over.
