In a nutshell, this company increased my quality of life by a huge factor. I just had some major surgery done and I was looking at months of healing. During this time, because of the surgery, I was very limited in my capabilities at home with regards to my living conditions and my person well being as well. I live alone and it was a struggle. My first meeting with Serengeti was with Terra, the care manager, and she was exceptionally friendly, thorough, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of all of that, cute as a button. She took the time to find a great match for me and a care provider. Ever since then, my living environment is back up to my standards, my personal situation has improved considerably, and my quality of life has sky rocketed. Im very grateful and happy I found them.

OMG!😅 Finally, I have found the caregiving company that I have searched years for! Serengeti has not missed a shift since I have used them. Even when an assigned caregiver was unavailable, the client care manager, Terra, showed up to take their shift! I have been using home care for years, and never have I seen such quality and consistency. Not only are my caregivers matched with my needs, but personality! Most come with the experience of working in facilities or for other home care agencies, but even when they haven’t, they are smart and quick learners. On the very rare occasion a caregiver is not a good match , I am quickly provided a new one. I feel safe & secure, and as if I have a new big family! 🥰
