10 out of 10!! Highly recommend!! Set your mind at ease, you will be taken care of! Dallas is an amazing person! He pumped my septic tank for me. From his friendly and courteous phone call, letting me know he’ll be here in 10 minutes. To his bright smile and greeting when he showed up, to patiently explaining to me what to expect. To answering all of my questions, and encouraging questions. To his willingness to teach me what he does and what he did with my septic. To his checking back in on me when he was finished and giving me his final summary, and recommendations for the future. Extremely satisfied with my experience!
Also, Erin in the office who answered my call and set up my appointment is also very patient, friendly and caring. I called a couple other septic places first. Some didn’t answer, and one who did answer was rude and impatient with me. But not Erin or Dallas!
I would definitely recommend Septic Services to anyone! They will take care of you.
