Septic Ops

I recently hired SepticOps to pump out my system. They showed up on time and cleaned out my system. Unfortunately, the work truck that they used left several large oil stains on my new driveway. My husband called and spoke to Derek but he was not willing to help. Instead of offering to come and see the damage he told us to go get cat litter to tey to soakit up. Very disappointing. We will not do business again.

Derek and his crew, arrived when they said they would and used the necessary machinery to excavate to the top of my ailing septic tank and replace failed piping, etc. I watched. They knew what they were doing and I'm pleased that I chose them. I felt that their quote was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone whose septic system needs care/repair
