Came quick after I requested a service for my backed up washer drain. He came and knew right away what issue was and how to fix it. Took him no time. Was kind and respectful. Ty.

We have had Sentry perform four different plumbing jobs at our house in the past two years. Excellent work done fast and cheaper than other plumbing contractors. Everything is left clean and working when the job is done. We will definitely be using them for any and all plumbing issues in the future.

Dustin was great! We called at 7am and had some sewer gas issues. He came over very quickly at 8:30am and diagnosed the issues we had. Explained everything very well and had a reasonable price

We had a major water leak in our basement. Dustin's quick response was wonderful! We are so pleased with his work. We thought we'd be without water for at least a day. Dustin was at our house! Fixed our problem and gone in an hour. Plus, the cost was considerably less than we expected. Thank you Dustin!

We encountered a pipe leak in our basement. The next morning we called Sentry and Dustin came over the same day, doing an excellent job of fixing the issue professionally and in a timely manner. Everybody we talked to was kind and personable, and Dustin explained the work that needed done, why it needed done, and the costs associated with the repairs in consumer friendly terms. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and I know who we'll be calling the next time we need help!

My main sewer backed up and being a plumber myself that has cleared drains for years, I tried to take care of the issue on my own. Where I work now does not do drain calls and I only had access to a machine that just didn't do the job. I admitted defeat and had to call for reinforcements! Dustin showed up earlier than I was told which is always good when you can't use your bathroom all day! He was very professional, thorough and upfront with his pricing and did an amazing job getting the blockage in our line cleared up. He used his cable machine and when that just wasn't cutting it, got his jetter in to make quick work of it! He also used his sewer camera to check for potential problem areas in my sewer line and for proper flow. We had our water heater installed by a different company because of our home warranty regulations, and that company used flex tubing. Well that flex tubing eventually gave out and sprayed all over our basement. We called Dustin, and he was here within a day! He put in new copper piping going into the water heater, and he also fixed our upstairs shower valve as well! We will only call Sentry from now on! :) their estimate was great, and they got the job done the right way! Thank you again!!
