The service so bad here, was attend Sentai HQ food tasting demo on 28/11/25, so happen one of their business partner demo booth (Booth name: Delitea)accidentally their coffee pour at my hand and my hand got burning and red, no one give a helping hand to help me or ask am I ok 😡 I just saw the Sentai staff busy take mop and mop the floor clean up the pouring coffee only. The floor important then a person. And the booth of Delitea staff just standing there only . Lucky that a booth beside name Aji-ya the staff name Jane help me bring me to toilet wash my hand with running water cooling down my hand redness and burning. And a chef pass Jane a cream for me to apply . Thank you for Aji-ya staff done a good job of how their care customer first . Very disappointed for Sentai & Delitea staff of behaviour especially in front line service . Thank you

Used to be in SS2 but now moved to nearby my house haha… nicer and bigger showroom now. Just wanted to shout out to Nelson! He was super helpful while we shopped, guiding us on how to use the items we picked out. Made the whole experience way easier.

I guess I was a little bit disappointed with my visit here. On the ground floor were the pricier decorative items, 1st floor is where all the normal kitchen stuff are sold. Full range of all kitchen needs are available, except for a set of stainless steel spoon that I wanted (sold out), and that’s why I was a little disappointed. Overall it is a nice place to browse for and buy kitchen stuff.

I used to visit them at their old location in SS2. With this new location, the space is much larger and the kitchen items are beautifully displayed. The salesperson was very polite and helpful, addressing all our queries efficiently. Will definitely be coming back again!.

This is a highly ambitious store that has been continuously improving the quality of its products.

First time here. Lots of good and quality stuffs for finding new equipment/utensils for cafe business. Definitely will come again
