Sensible Solutions came out to our home and fixed an issue we had with our dryer not drying clothes until 8 cycles later. Shouldn’t have had a problem because almost a year prior we had the dryer vent cleaned with our air ducts, but we did. The team member came out was kind and professional not to mention same day service upon calling them. He found the problem and it is fixed. We will give them priority call for other services. Thanks so much for helping us in Jackson with a tremendous fair price.

Sensible Solutions is a very reliable company! They service heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing problems. I had water in my basement and thought it was my hot water heater but James figured out it was my sewer stopped up. He router rooted it and it was fixed in a very short time. We came home to find that our AC had stopped working on an extremely hot summer Sunday. After having used Sensible Solutions for a water heater install in the past we decided to give them a call. James came right over and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Definitely five-star service!

These people are great! We had a kitchen sink install that was improperly done. We called on Monday evening and they showed up Tuesday morning before 8:00 a.m. . They did excellent work and we will use them again if we need to I had to come back and change my rating to five stars there was no reason for four
