I had my first insurance appointment with Josh last week and I was very impressed with him. He stood up to come to my side of the desk to show me items that he then explained and he was quite thorough on everything. When he was finished, he asked if I had any questions and he had explained everything so well, and answered all my questions as we went along, that I pretty much understood it. I highly recommend Josh to anyone looking to find good insurance as he is quite knowledgeable.

Beware. They sign people up on supplement plans while lying on the application. The policy was rescinded when the company found out. We expected $6000 for my husband's cancer diagnosis. We waited 100 days just to find out that Hunter LIED on the application. Heartbreaking.

Hunter Powell was an exceptional agent. He spent a considerable amount of time discussing my options with me and answering all my questions. I've been with Hunter Powell of senior benefits for many years now and he has always been the epitome of professionalism and goes above and beyond to ensure I am in the best plan that both best fits my needs while also providing me with the most "extras" (such as OTC and healthy food benefits) of all the plans available to me. Whether it be at my home on my front porch, or over the phone due to some last minute unexpected change to insurance guidelines, benefits or covered services that for whatever reason become out of network or no longer covered causing me to panic, (I'm a professional panicker!) there have been times Hunter and I have spent hours together trying to navigate all the confusion that is modern day healthcare/health insurance. Never once has Hunter or any other staff I've had the pleasure to deal with, ever made me feel rushed or cutoff or let me leave with even the slightest bit of confusion over my plan and all the benefits said plan provides. I'll never go anywhere else because I was raised that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" And working with Hunter and senior benefits, I've never needed go back and fix anything he's recommended to best suit my needs. Senior benefits services not only myself, but numerous family and friends that I always refer to Hunter upon learning of any of their questions or concerns when it comes to their benefits. Would give 10 star review if I could, it's well deserved! All around great company, great family oriented staff and always at the top of their game when it comes to knowing their stuff involving all your health insurance questions and needs!
