Immaculate service and work. We were kept informed of every single part of the process. Good communication is one of their strengths. They always made sure we were satisfied with every option and exhibited patience and flexibility with all aspects of the job and were knowledgeable about products in every price range. Their project manager and vendors were all excellent. They made us feel like our project was top priority and took great care to pay attention to every detail and remedied of even the smallest errors before they billed anything. Everything looks perfect, I really mean that. We are so happy with our remodel and have already hired them again for our next project. White glove service, I can’t recommend them enough. Where do I start with how pleased we were to work with Semper Fi!?!? We are new to Black Mountain and bought a mid-century "fixer-upper"...we interviewed and got estimates from 4 contractors and even though their estimate was in the middle pricewise, we knew that SF was the right company. Their professionalism, communication and quality standards were obvious! Chris, Jay, the entire Semper Fi team, and all of their subcontractors were easy to work with and did beautiful work! COVID arrived mid-remodel and with a few modifications, we were able to continue the work and finish nearly on time and within budget. We added a few "small projects" and they rearranged the project to accommodate us. We had a complete new kitchen and master bath built, as well as remodel to a few closets, a guest bedroom, new ceilings and hardwoods floors, almost every room in the house painted, a built-in "mud-room" style bench and shelves in entrance. They were always available to answer our questions and when a few minor things didn't go as planned, they were quick to remedy them. I would highly recommend Semper Fi--they are honest, hard-working and so easy to work with. Their quality of work and communication were far and above what I have experienced with previous contractors...and we are so grateful for them!

The Semper Fi team went above and beyond for us at Valley Hope Foundation. They treated the project as if it were their own home—pristine, careful, and thorough—while bringing positive attitudes and even taking the time to teach me along the way. From beginning to end our experience with Semper Fi Custom Remodeling has been outstanding! They worked with us on coming to a price that was within our budget - working with Black Mountain Cabinetry and Design. The lower cabinets and the vast bookshelves met our needs and serve as a beautiful focal point for our new den! As usual Matt and Eric were the models of professionalism. Matts carpentry and Eric's expertise and guidance provided another top notch experience! Even though it was a small project, they treated us with respect and attention to every detail. We engaged Semper Fi for a near whole home renovation, including new siding, deck, kitchen, bedroom, changing the old bathroom into a laundry/closet, changing a bedroom into a luxury bathroom, dining, and living room. Throughout the whole process the team at Semper Fi has been super responsive and professional and we are beyond happy with how our project came out. Huge shout out to our project manager Seth for being awesome! I would absolutely recommend Semper Fi to anyone looking to do a project, large or small.

Loved working with Semper Fi. Chris, Jay and the whole team are super professional and responsive. They remodeled my entire basement and did such a great job that I asked them to do a second job totally replacing my deck. They also did a great job of working around my schedule when needed and keeping the work area clear of debris and safe for the dog. I would keep using them but I've run out of projects!

I reached out to Semper Fi regarding a remodel in my home and they were so helpful and intentional in answering my questions. Aaron also made sure that our older appliances, which were still in working order, were repurposed or donated, minimizing the environmental impact of our renovation. We also want to extend our appreciation to the full-time staff, including John, Devar, and Andrew, who provided extra attention and care throughout the project. Their dedication and hard work were evident in every aspect of the renovation, ensuring that everything was completed to the highest standards. Semper Fi Remodeling people were professional from the very start. During the idea stage, RJ and Brian were very helpful and provided our estimate. They were very responsive and quick to assist. Seth, our project manager, overseeing the project was always available when questions arose and kept us informed of who was working when and where. All of the crews from framers, painters and carpenters were extremely polite and cleaned up after every visit. I cannot express how happy we were to work with this fine group.

We used Semper Fi to remodel our historic studio space. They did an incredible job executing our vision and made the space exactly what we wanted. The care and attention that went into helping us preserve the history of the space, while giving it a high end finish was exactly what we were looking for.
