Immaculate service and work. We were kept informed of every single part of the process. Good communication is one of their strengths. They always made sure we were satisfied with every option and exhibited patience and flexibility with all aspects of the job and were knowledgeable about products in every price range. Their project manager and vendors were all excellent. They made us feel like our project was top priority and took great care to pay attention to every detail and remedied of even the smallest errors before they billed anything. Everything looks perfect, I really mean that. We are so happy with our remodel and have already hired them again for our next project. White glove service, I can’t recommend them enough. Where do I start with how pleased we were to work with Semper Fi!?!? We are new to Black Mountain and bought a mid-century "fixer-upper"...we interviewed and got estimates from 4 contractors and even though their estimate was in the middle pricewise, we knew that SF was the right company. Their professionalism, communication and quality standards were obvious! Chris, Jay, the entire Semper Fi team, and all of their subcontractors were easy to work with and did beautiful work! COVID arrived mid-remodel and with a few modifications, we were able to continue the work and finish nearly on time and within budget. We added a few "small projects" and they rearranged the project to accommodate us. We had a complete new kitchen and master bath built, as well as remodel to a few closets, a guest bedroom, new ceilings and hardwoods floors, almost every room in the house painted, a built-in "mud-room" style bench and shelves in entrance. They were always available to answer our questions and when a few minor things didn't go as planned, they were quick to remedy them. I would highly recommend Semper Fi--they are honest, hard-working and so easy to work with. Their quality of work and communication were far and above what I have experienced with previous contractors...and we are so grateful for them!
