Kyle did an excellent job at installing a WIFI thermostat and checking over our air conditioner. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. We will definitely call him when we need to replace our unit.

Showed up as scheduled and performed a full system check on our 25 year old home AC unit. Adam was very knowledgeable, quick and courteous. There wasn't any issues found but Adam also provided advise on some of the things to watch for as our unit is old. Great customer service!

Good morning, I highly recommend Semper Air! Lauren and Kyle are truly the greatest. Lauren was incredibly kind, professional, and always quick to return my calls. Every appointment was confirmed with a follow-up call including the exact date and time, which I really appreciated. Kyle came out to the property the very next day to inspect the unit. He diagnosed the issue right away, ordered the blower motor, and had it installed the following day. Their service was fast, reliable, and extremely prompt from start to finish. Semper Air was hands down the best — kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
