Great company to work with. From the start Lauren was very helpful with my concerns. The technician David came out inspected our AC system and explained everything that he was doing and recommended some ways to keep our system working efficiently. Good morning, I highly recommend Semper Air! Lauren and Kyle are truly the greatest. Lauren was incredibly kind, professional, and always quick to return my calls. Every appointment was confirmed with a follow-up call including the exact date and time, which I really appreciated. Kyle came out to the property the very next day to inspect the unit. He diagnosed the issue right away, ordered the blower motor, and had it installed the following day. Their service was fast, reliable, and extremely prompt from start to finish. Semper Air was hands down the best — kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Kyle and Lauren provided excellent customer service and were quick to respond. Kyle diagnosed and gave us options for our aging units. He helped us make an informed decision for what parts to replace now and plan our A/C future. Kyle is very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. I really like their technology with text messages and emails for appointments and invoices. I would highly recommend Semper Air to everyone!

I called Semper Air and spoke with Lauren she was wonderful and got us an appointment for Kyle to come out and check our AC unit. We decided it was time to put a new unit on our house. Lauren then sent over a quote that day and we were able to get it scheduled very quickly. Kyles communication during the installation was awesome, he kept us updated the entire time and even sent photos during the install since we were out of town. Kyle is probably the most honest and thorough owner I have met in Havasu. He returned my call for a same day quote and had my installation complete of 2 mini split units by the end of the same week(installed by his guy Chris who was awesome and did a clean install). I am totally impressed and will use and recommend him to all my friends. To top it off he is a Veteran owned company that has ran his own Air business for many years.

My home has a 2 car and RV garage that was getting hit with the summer sun making it in excess of 100°. I was in dire need of an energy efficient 3 ton mini split to cool it down. I spoke with 3 different companies, and Semper Air gave me the best price and high quality service. Kyle came out and explained everything to me the same day I called. I left a voice message early this morning and the owner returned my call within minutes. He went above and beyond to get me on his schedule, and let me know when he was in route!! Kyle (the owner) was friendly and very professional. He troubleshooted my issue quickly, capacitor needed to be replaced, and charged me a VERY reasonable price!! Way less than I expected!!! I cannot recommend Semper Air enough!!! Kyle has integrity and he’s extremely knowledgeable!! 😊

Semper air was fast to respond and to resolve the issue with our AC. We own Modern Laundromat on lake Havasu ave north. The dryers we have generate a lot of heat so it’s important to keep the temperature comfortable for our clients and employees!!! Thanks so much to Semper air for making that possible.
