Good morning, I highly recommend Semper Air! Lauren and Kyle are truly the greatest. Lauren was incredibly kind, professional, and always quick to return my calls. Every appointment was confirmed with a follow-up call including the exact date and time, which I really appreciated. Kyle came out to the property the very next day to inspect the unit. He diagnosed the issue right away, ordered the blower motor, and had it installed the following day. Their service was fast, reliable, and extremely prompt from start to finish. Semper Air was hands down the best — kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Kyle and his team were great and highly professional. I had the dual system A/C completely replaced. The change out was handled on schedule as promised. The install is clean. I recommend Semper Air for all your A/C needs.

Kyle and Lauren provided excellent customer service and were quick to respond. Kyle diagnosed and gave us options for our aging units. Semper air was fast to respond and to resolve the issue with our AC. We own Modern Laundromat on lake Havasu ave north. The dryers we have generate a lot of heat so it’s important to keep the temperature comfortable for our clients and employees!!! Thanks so much to Semper air for making that possible.

I left a voice message early this morning and the owner returned my call within minutes. He went above and beyond to get me on his schedule, and let me know when he was in route!! Kyle (the owner) was friendly and very professional. He troubleshooted my issue quickly, capacitor needed to be replaced, and charged me a VERY reasonable price!! Way less than I expected!!! I cannot recommend Semper Air enough!!! Kyle has integrity and he’s extremely knowledgeable!! 😊

2 weeks ago our capacitor started acting up on a Sunday. I called Semper Air and spoke with Lauren. She told me it would be considered an emergency service call which is an extra charge. So I made appointment for Monday hoping the capacitor would keeping working until the appointment. While on the phone Kyle told Lauren if it goes out on Sunday he would come out for the regular charge because he didn’t want anyone to be without A/C in our heat (Wow!). It made it until Monday, Kyle was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. Semper Air in my opinion is a stand up company and I would highly recommend.

I called Semper Air and spoke with Lauren she was wonderful and got us an appointment for Kyle to come out and check our AC unit. We decided it was time to put a new unit on our house. Lauren then sent over a quote that day and we were able to get it scheduled very quickly. Kyles communication during the installation was awesome, he kept us updated the entire time and even sent photos during the install since we were out of town. We would absolutely recommend Semper Air they made this process so easy for us.
