I’ve had such a great experience renting through Select Real Estate. From the very beginning, everything felt professional and well-organized, which gave me peace of mind as a tenant. Elena in particular has been amazing to deal with — she’s always friendly, approachable, and quick to help whenever I had a question or needed clarification. She really made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Another thing I’ve appreciated is how easy and straightforward the inspections have been. They were always scheduled with plenty of notice, carried out quickly, and never felt disruptive. It’s clear that the company values both taking care of the property and making sure tenants are comfortable, which isn’t something you always find with rental companies. Overall, Select Real Estate has been excellent to work with. They’ve combined professionalism with a very personal, friendly approach, and that really stands out. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental company.

Nothing but good things to say about renting through Select, very quick to respond & resolve any problems that may come up. Lots of notice provided if the building was having any scheduled maintenance. Advocating for my son & I, being understanding of my boys early years when navigating behavioral issues I had to work through as a single mom & an undiagnosed child all while keeping a roof over our heads. Elena has been so helpful throughout the years with all the support. It was a pleasure to have had rented through select for several years. Definitely a happy tenant.

I've been renting from Select for just over a year now and Elena has been wonderful to work with. Our landlord has decided to move back in, and we have found another select rental that we are interested in. The whole team has been amazing, Robert, Jake , and Harman have been putting up with me and my inpatient self and have all been so kind. Would definitely recommend them!

Danica went above and beyond in securing our new town home for us. We can't thank her enough. Danica really went to bat for us every step of the way in making sure we had everything we needed to get through this process. Jake was amazing and extremely helpful and courteous in assisting us with our move in process. Jake made our move in, a breeze and stress free, he's the best! The staff at Select Realty really made a very stressful move, a breeze. We love our new home and are so happy we decided to move and chose Select Realty. We are so happy we are close to our family. We would highly recommend them!

Was a beautifully laid out suite. Perfect for a cat door so he can get onto closes in balcony. Soaker tub just what I was looking for. Just a bit small for all my stuff. I can see the price but would be top end of my budget and I plan to stay in a place for at least 5 years. I will keep looking and now comparing. Loved the place and the location. Perfect!!!

I am extremely disappointed with property manager Elena Morris. Communication was consistently slow and often inaccurate, causing unnecessary confusion. Documents completed in June/July weren’t processed until September 16, and I wasn’t informed of the property incident for several days until I reached out to her. Elena said to me regarding the incident, "Don't think there's much you can do." Despite contract promises, and Elena's words, “Call me anytime if you have issues or concerns,” yet calls go to voicemail and are never returned. When I raised these issues, the senior manager said the company handles thousands of clients and charges only 8%, implying this excuses poor service. Paying for management should guarantee reliable, accurate, and proactive service — none of which I received. I cannot recommend Elena Morris.

We’ve been working with Select for a few months now and they’re amazing to work with. Very professional, super organized, and always clear with communication. They truly go above and beyond for clients, tenants, and contractors. Honest, reliable, and highly recommended!

Abandoned by my realtor on possession day....even after receiving a $10K sale bonus. House was a disgusting mess. Previous owner/caretaker shut off power & caused extensive damage. House & property completely neglected once the deal was made 3 months prior to close. Nearly $60K in repairs due to neglect not to mention all the junk left behind by previous owner/caretaker. There is no such thing as work ethic anymore...get paid & get lost. Thanks for NOTHING!

Worst rental company ever, only concerned about the money they are making. Jake Reimer had the tenant sign a one year lease without my approval then refused to do anything about it once my apartment was sold costing me extra money out of my pocket. NO Communication takes forever to hear from them it seems like their agents are never in their offices. Kept transferring me the rent even after the tenant had left zero accountability. Avoid at all costs!!!!!.
