I seriously love my house, and my property manager Kathy has been awesome from day one. Super easy to work with, quick to respond, and always helpful. Everything has been smooth and stress-free, which makes enjoying the home even better. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Jen Johnson with Select Property Management has been so prompt, responsive and transparent. I am in the beginning of the process of executing the contract and preparing the property to lease, so I haven't gotten that experience yet, but the communication and coordination so far have been excellent. After researching whom to use, I definitely think I made the right choice.

As a real estate broker, it’s been a pleasure working with Kathy and her team. They took amazing care of my rental clients. I rented a home with Select Property Management. Overall, the experience was good. They did a great job with responding to maintenance requests (i.e. dishwasher). I did have a few issues with the property manager that was assigned to the property. However, I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Johnson, who was amazing! She helped me resolve in issue so quick and easy. I truly appreciate her assistance.

So here’s my story. I moved into my new rental home one day ago. It was a Saturday. Well, of course no move goes smoothly and anything that can go wrong will usually go wrong. What was our issue? No hot water! After a day of moving I had to take an ice cold shower. Not good. But here’s where things got MUCH better. I called Select Property Management Group’s emergency number. Jen called me back right away. She (and her very nice husband) handled the issue like a pro. The very next day (on a Sunday) a plumber came out and replaced a crucial part of the water heater. And… we have hot water again! Jen saved the day and now I can start my new job freshly showered!

I have the pleasure of working with Select PMG through my business. They have been fantastic at sending us over any tree maintenance work that may need to be done and we can then turn it around and get the job done most the time within a week time frame of them getting approval from their clients. Chelsie has been Great Manager to work with. Thank you Chelsie. Keep them coming :)

Highly recommend Any questions or maintenance requests were handled smoothly, which made everything stressfree. It’s nice working with people who are professional but still approachable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a solid property management company.

Where can I even begin to start, Kathy has been AMAZING!!!! From the very first conversation we had she treated me with respect and dignity and made the move in process stress free. From paperwork and answering a bunch of questions I had (first time living on my own). I definitely recommend everyone to get with Kathy for a stress free and welcoming experience. Also she gets things done very urgently and does not waste anytime. I look forward to continuing to work with Kathy !
