We recently had our garden completely transformed by Selby Landscapes, and the results are nothing short of exceptional. They took our uneven outdoor space and created a beautifully designed garden split into three distinct areas, including a stunning plunge pool zone that feels like a private retreat. From the lighting system to the irrigation setup and the custom-built storage shed, every detail was thoughtfully executed. The team of four who worked on-site were consistently professional, friendly, and trustworthy — a pleasure to have around. Sam, the owner, met with us every other week to review progress and was always open, proactive, and full of solutions. His can-do attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They delivered on time and stayed close to budget, which speaks volumes about their planning and reliability. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would wholeheartedly recommend Selby Landscapes to anyone looking to elevate their outdoor space.

The Selby guys were great... they worked so hard digging out our rampant bamboo, in sometimes horrible conditions. They were always on time and careful to respond to our changing requests and questions. They created a base for our new greenhouse really proficiently and with great care. Highly recommend!

Selby Landscapes has transformed our garden and we couldn't be happier. We have a small garden in the city centre that was completely overgrown, and we wanted to transform this into a peaceful and private oasis. Sam has been brilliant to work with, from offering suggestions to giving helpful advice and tips. He even helped source and build the most adorable wishing well for our daughter - it's been a big hit ! Additionally, Marcia, who worked on our project with Sam, has been a fountain of knowledge and patiently worked with us to help choose the right flowers, plants and trees. We would recommend highly Selby Landscapes - one of the best companies I've worked with in Bath!

Selby Landscapes completed a great job in Henrietta Park in Bath. They removed, relaid and changed the levels of the pond surround in the Memorial Garden. On time and budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted a small - out of control garden- transformed. I also wanted to find a company that would look and see such a transformation. I met with Sam Selby, who from day one , was amazing. He understood my plan, worked to make it possible, gave a realistic quote, and was always patient and understanding when "we" found obstacles. His team was amazing too. Nothing was too much trouble, they cleared up nightly, and were a delight to have on the property. I thought that my small garden would not be what Selby Landscapes was used to- nothing could have been further from Sam and his team. Hedges dug out, fences replaced, new borders formed, paved areas perfect ...I can recommend Sam (and Dulcie Selby) as an answer to your totally neglected garden. (I just wish I had another one I wanted transformed.) It is giving me so much pleasure to look out and see my perfect garden.

As soon as I met Sam I knew that he would do a great job. He also worked hard to ensure that the work fitted into my budget. I am thrilled with how my garden has turned out. The materials and attention to detail in the construction of my garden space could not have been bettered. It has been a delight to work with Sam and his team - (they are just as awesome) and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Over the years I’ve used many tradesman , however I’ve never felt the need to write a review , but on this occasion Glen and his college Clive did such a good job I felt it was only right . Time keeping 5 stars communication 5 stars quality of work 5 stars , in brief I can’t recommend them enough .

Selby Landscapes helped redesign and build an awkward patio area of our garden on a slope. They came up with a great design and we’re really happy with the end result. The space has been maximised and the work they did is of a really high standard. The team were polite, friendly and good to have around. We need some more work doing on our driveway at some point and we’ll definitely be asking them back. Highly recommend.

I contacted Selby Landscapes Aug 21 to help me re-design and create a brand new town house garden. Sam and his team have been outstanding. They are at all times professional, polite and punctual. They were really excellent at troubleshooting any issues during the 4 weeks they were with me. They worked extremely hard, in all weathers. Access to the garden was through my house, but they were very considerate of my space and were extremely tidy which I definitely appreciated. They obviously have a wealth of landscaping experience and their work is to the highest standard and I am beyond delighted with what they have created for me. They have more recently helped me design the planting and returned in April to complete this work. I am really happy with my new outdoor space and would not hesitate to recommend them.
