Fantastic service. Took up a great value offer on an automatic machine. Ordered during the long weekend and I was enjoying the brew by lunchtime on the first working day. Friendly follow up builds confidence in their after sales support.

Resupply of the most delicious house blend beans to give us the best espresso coffee! I keep coming back to them - they are the best taste and preparation wise. No more having to wait in line at carts with the risk of not being able to get the right shot due to sudden lockdowns! Delivered rapidly in perfect order. Always easy to deal with and prompt, well packaged goods. Thank you Segafredo Zanetti NZ!

I've used Segafredo Zanetti a couple of times now, for parts for an old coffee machine, and then for a new coffee machine (Gaggia Besana) when the old one finally gave up the ghost. their service is always friendly and reasonably priced (old coffee machine parts are never a bargain). I'm super happy with my new Gaggia Besana machine, Coffee beans to cup with a minimal footprint (more coffee per cup than Nespresso, and no capsule waste)

Great service. Very quick delivery. Great to have the grinding and tamping all done automatically. Still playing around with coffee bean preference and trying to master frothing milk using wand.This machine has a milk carafe, but it only makes big bubbly froth which doesn't really work with a flat white or latte, hence trying to froth milk ourselves to get the micro bubbles. Apart from that, happy with our purchase.

We purchased our machine from these guys 4 years ago after an insurance claim on our last machine (identical model)which had produced over 50,000 coffees with no real issues. So far its been a nightmare dealing with the arrogance from Segafredo service dept. They blame us for the same issue which has been repaired 3 times at our cost. We have walked away from Segafredo and the $3,300 machine

Tristan is amazing at what he does. Very thorough with his work and helped us with our very first coffee machine for our new small biz venture! Segafredo coffee is also amazing. Highly recommend Segafredo for first-time coffee businesses!

Quick and easy to order on line, great communication. My order happened to be out of stock instore, they Phoned me, ordered it in and I received it a couple of days later. So impressed with the service

That's the only place where I find the beverage I like on a size I like at an amazing price - they beat all the competition. They're super friendly and helpful. And if something isn't right, they'll sure go out of their way to help you. Their service is top notch. Also, the Italian accent you hear every now and then is absolutely cute ☺ they know their stuff!

I tried this retailer twice and found the service poor. The first visit I was barely acknowledged for around 5 minutes (meanwhile other people arrived and were given instant attention) maybe my age of 30 is not their target demographic, when finally asked if I needed help, the information given was not overly helpful. Even though they ended up having the product I wanted I did not buy I was that unhappy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went returned only to get pretty much the same service again (maybe slightly better). In saying this their products and range are good

The part I was sent was completely different to the part I ordered (despite sending a photo of the part which is clearly not a head seal), and apparently wasn't even for my machine. It was sent to the wrong address, causing me to have to deal with the usual courier service palaver. It took 12 days and 2 emails for me to get a reply just to say that part I actually ordered isn't available. I was told in that email that a refund would be processed... which was a week ago and still hasn't happened. They've now sent me three emails badgering me to review their terrible service, before they've bothered returning my money... incredibly unimpressed.
