SECURE TOWING SERVICES LLC

Called for a tow on 1/15/26. Danny Shepherd came out to do the tow. He tried to jump the car, but accidentally did it backwards and reversed the polarity and caused a blown fuse and scoring. I saw him reverse the cables after sparks and smoke came up to try the other way. Car was towed to Lexus at Fife and they confirmed the damage and that it would cost over 1k to fix. Called Waqas Butt who may be related to the owner Arif Butt who told me that the employee did nothing wrong and that sometimes sparks and smoke can happen when trying to jump a car. Also told me that the car had a battery issue already and that it wasn't their fault. Car was fixed at Lexus, they replaced the battery as it was under warranty but I was charged $1055.85 to fix the blown main fuse. Has been incredibly frustrating that despite proof, Secure Towing is unable to take responsibility for an error they made. I have already followed up with Lexus as they were contracted with Secure Towing to do their roadside assistance and sent all the photos and documents they requested. I'm not worried about recouping the money as it was so obvious that it was Secure Towing's error that I'm 100% going to get my money back. But it was extra time and energy wasted due to actions of a dishonest company. If they're going to lie about something so obvious, what else would they lie about? Scummy business, stay far far away.

I want to start by saying I don't trust tow trucks. I think its a sketchy business. I had a collision with one of the companies trucks. They wanted to settle it outside of insurance, I thought this was going to be an absolute scam filled nightmare. Over time I got to know the manager. I was surprised to find out the dont deal in repo. They only focus on towing broken cars for moral reasons. On top of that I can not express how professional, kind, and moral this company is. I never thought a tow company would have such integrity. Hands down if I ever need a tow this is where I will go. The customer service is amazing. These are good people. It is hard to find honest good people you can trust, but I have to say Waqas is a diamond in the rough. These people will be fair and take care of you.
