We had been waiting for several hours for a tow after other USAA-contracted companies dropped us, and once Secure Towing picked up our case they arrived promptly. Waqas was kind, professional, and got us taken care of quickly. Highly recommended! Thank you Waqas!

STS was dispatched to us through AAA. Waqas provided the most professional and caring service. Not only was he caring but put us at ease with giving us ideas and how to go about our dilemma which we are actually running with. We were blessed to get him as our technician!
