If there were 10 stars this unique group of men with amazing professionalism would be awarded it as they provided an unbelievable result. After 20 years in property renovations I have had my fair share of poor tradesmen across the board. The roof was in a very bad state with several botch jobs,completely broken in different areas leaking water into our beautiful house. I interviewed 6 contractors and was out of time with Christmas one week away. Then Will called. I apologised I just didn’t have the time to be onsite to meet him… His response was different and totally solution orientated “ don’t worry “ he told me “I will send a drone up and give you a quote “. Why did I choose this company in the end, who I never met , whose quote was not the cheapest option.? Well Will started to ask a series of questions that the other companies had not asked . Then he presented me with a very detailed quote within 48 hours.. Further videos were sent to my phone and a 45 year warranty given. This is the first time I have trusted a company to do a job without ever meeting them. Will asked me to attend at three stages onsite but with a son unwell I was not able to go. Again videos at every stage until completion. And more importantly Will called me daily!This new roof was completed within 4 days . It was not the easiest roof as it had several sides with velux windows and a flat roof section; furthermore it was attached both sides to other houses.I review both good and bad because it is so hard to find reliable people who also have the level of skill required let alone the quality of workmanship.And unfortunately unless it’s a non sponsored review there is no protection; no guarantee or proof as people don’t always deliver the standard promised against so called great reviews.

Excellent company to work with. William was a very efficient team leader, managing the team effectively. A drone was initially used to identify problems to our roof, which was followed up with photographs of each area that needed repair so we knew what was happening at each step. Due to the amount of work required we opted for a new roof. The weather made things difficult for them, however they continued and completed the work in just under 3 days. The roof looks great and they cleaned up after themselves. We are delighted with the result and highly recommend them. Thanks William
