Neil and Davey at Secure Move were outstanding from start to finish. Moving house is rarely straightforward, but they made the entire process feel calm, organised and genuinely stress-free. They were punctual, friendly and highly professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they handled everything with care and efficiency. In truth, the most stressful part of the whole move was simply making sure we were ready for when they arrived. Once they took over, it was seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We used Secure Move to move my 81 year old mum from Northern Ireland to England. I can honestly say I would never recommend any other company than Secure Move, it was a really emotional situation and the team were simply amazing throughout. From initial contact for quotes to changing dates due to sale complications right through to moving the belongings into the new house in England they were outstanding. Calm, senstive, professional and really efficient. There were some really difficult items and we never felt like it was too much trouble or effort, they made the whole experience seamless. They were fully equipped with everything that was needed to protect all the fragile items and everything arrived exactly as it should, in tact and perfect.

Neil and the team at Secure Move were spot on. They were very quick to respond to the initial enquiry which was a relief when we didn't have a great deal of time before our moving date. Neil came to assess and give a quote which we received the same day. When it came to moving day the team were so quick and efficient and gave us full confidence. They took great care in removing our belongings and then unloading them again in the new house. They made the whole process look so easy and it was very reassuring. Would highly recommend, and while we don't plan on moving again anytime soon but we wouldn't hesitate to use Secure Move again!

We had a such an outstanding experience with Secure Move and cannot recommend them highly enough. Neil, Dave and Robbie — were professional, high efficient, punctual and extremely friendly from start to finish. Their communication before and throughout the entire process was flawless, which made everything feel so easy and stress-free. Our 3-storey 3-bedroom house and our double garage in particular was full to the brim with possessions (and junk), yet they cleared it efficiently and packed everything neatly in just a few hours. Every box was meticulously labelled, each item was carefully packaged, and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. The process of their packaging was so organised that everything was so easy to locate at the new house. The whole team were exceptionally accommodating to all our needs, we couldn’t have asked for an easier experience for what was otherwise a very stressful time. An exceptional service all round — we literally couldn’t recommend Secure Move highly enough, thank you! ☺️

We used secure move with a previous move and were so impressed we vowed we’d get them back next time and that’s what we done. Based our move date round them to make sure we could get them in for the job. Super competitive pricing but top class service. Lovely lads, and really grateful for a coffee while they go away. Takes away every stress on the move day, look after your things and make sure they’re safe and sound from the old house to the new. Highly reccomend, and we’ll see yous in another 5 years lads ;)

These guys are amazing!! From the communication and price to their care and efficiency. They made our house move from a 3 bed to a 5 effortless. Not only did they give us brilliant advice while we packed before the move but took down our beds and wardrobes then resembled (one up 2 flights of stairs!) again on the other end. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you!!!

Top quality service, Dave and Neil arrived at exactly the time specified and carried out a long distance house move all within the same day. Very friendly and helpful throughout the whole job. Nothing was too much trouble and they took amazing care of all of my property at all times. On top of all this, the exceptionally good price which David quoted was the exact final price charged!
