Top notch from start to finish. Jesse patiently did a great job helping us scope out the best alternatives for updating our old and failing water system. And the installation team - Patrick and Owen - were outstanding. They arrived when scheduled and adapted the installation and placement of the various tanks (sediment filter, softener, and arsenic removal) to the peculiar layout of our basement. Throughout they were friendly, thoughtful, and clearly highly skilled. Secondwind was recommended to us by our home renovation general contractor and we’re thrilled we took his advice!

Secondwind Water Systems exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The process began almost three months ago with Jesse, their Certified Water Specialist, who came out to thoroughly test our water and design a comprehensive system tailored to our needs. He was extremely patient and informative as it took me some time to decide to move forward, and I never felt pressured. This past Monday, the installation was completed, and it was a large and complex system including sediment filtration, a water softener, radon and PFAS removal, and reverse osmosis connected to both our drinking water and refrigerator ice maker. Patrick, the senior technician, and his assistant Ronald were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. The basement installation was very clean and well organized. At the end of the job, Patrick took the time to walk me through the entire system, clearly explaining how everything works and what maintenance will be required. Christine in the office was also wonderful to work with. She was friendly, efficient with payment, and incredibly helpful in organizing all the documentation I need to apply for state reimbursement related to the PFAS filtration component. Overall, the entire team was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Secondwind Water Systems to anyone looking for high-quality water treatment solutions and excellent customer service.

I had a PFAS Remediation System completed today and I just want to give a shout out to your team. Jesse who was the Water Specialist visited our home 2 months ago to survey what would be needed for the installation. He was informative, professional and knowledgeable. Today your technicians Zack and Silas arrived to perform the installation. They were excellent and did a great job installing the system. They also spent time making sure that I understood the details of the system. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and their explanations.

If I could give 10 stars I would. What a wonderful employee you have. I have only kind words to describe Matt. Very informative with each step of the process. He explained the importance of keeping things cleaned. We're feeling very good we had this done. I could tell he enjoys his profession. That tells me a lot about your company. Thank you for asking. Our technician, Mike F, came by promptly when we noticed a leak in our system. He did a great job of taking care of the leak and conducting a preventive maintenance while here. Very nice guy. He stayed a little late to finish everything. Left the workspace clean and left clear instructions on flushing the system. We have had these RO systems for a while. They are great. The filtered water taste as good or better than store-bought water. Thanks.

Secondwind to the rescue! I am so very grateful for Jesse’s help today. We had a little scare with the quality of our water. He offered to come to our home within 48 hours, test the water and check to make sure our filtration system was functioning properly. A filtration system that was installed by a different company. He was able to explain how everything was working and made suggestions for how to help it work more efficiently. Most importantly, he eased my fears of potential water contamination. He was professional, knowledgeable and his visit was priceless.

We have always received great service from Secondwind Water Systems. They are very thorough and do a fantastic job of letting us know what they are doing and answer all our questions. Our latest technician, Greg, did a wonderful job taking care of our arsenic water filtration system. I would recommend Secondeind all day long.

The gentlemen that came to look into a problem we had were amazing! They were friendly and most of all honest and upfront. That says a lot and we appreciate that and for the great work they did and the willingness to clean up after was completely surprising! ( they did give their names but right now—😬 I forget😱)

I received a call telling me that the technician would late. Greatly appreciated that, I hate waiting. Greg was a little early, also fine. Everything worked out well and he gave some tips for in the future protecting the pipes. Very clear with directions.
