Top notch from start to finish. Jesse patiently did a great job helping us scope out the best alternatives for updating our old and failing water system. And the installation team - Patrick and Owen - were outstanding. They arrived when scheduled and adapted the installation and placement of the various tanks (sediment filter, softener, and arsenic removal) to the peculiar layout of our basement. Throughout they were friendly, thoughtful, and clearly highly skilled. Secondwind was recommended to us by our home renovation general contractor and we’re thrilled we took his advice!

Secondwind Water Systems exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The process began almost three months ago with Jesse, their Certified Water Specialist, who came out to thoroughly test our water and design a comprehensive system tailored to our needs. He was extremely patient and informative as it took me some time to decide to move forward, and I never felt pressured. This past Monday, the installation was completed, and it was a large and complex system including sediment filtration, a water softener, radon and PFAS removal, and reverse osmosis connected to both our drinking water and refrigerator ice maker. Patrick, the senior technician, and his assistant Ronald were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. The basement installation was very clean and well organized. At the end of the job, Patrick took the time to walk me through the entire system, clearly explaining how everything works and what maintenance will be required. Christine in the office was also wonderful to work with. She was friendly, efficient with payment, and incredibly helpful in organizing all the documentation I need to apply for state reimbursement related to the PFAS filtration component. Overall, the entire team was professional, thorough, and easy to work with.
