as atlantis guests we spent a lot of money on water sports with this company this week. our son did e-foiling some days ago and he liked it. so yesterday we asked for a second appointment for today. per whatsapp we got confirmation for today 1 pm. at 1 pm company said sorry, they forgot to book their confirmation in their system and the captain is away with the e-foils at other hotels. we said, well, not nice but no issue, we can do it at 3pm too. around 3pm another message per whatsapp, the e-foils are too low on battery now, so my son cannot do it today. i’m not sure if this was an excuse for already booked time slots, since one of their e-foil is just in use in front of the atlantis beach when i’m just writing this review, but anyhow, that’s not how it should work in a 5 star hotel…
