The house we ultimately purchased was still being remodeled and had not yet gone on the market. Vera built the relationship with the seller and helped us submit a strong early offer while the remodel was still underway, allowing us to secure the home off market and close after the renovations were complete. What made this even more impressive is that we had an extensive list of criteria for the type of home we wanted. The house ultimately met 39 out of our 40 requirements and truly feels like our Pacific Northwest dream home. Finding something that aligned that closely with our goals, especially in such a competitive market, would not have happened without Vera’s persistence and creativity. Vera is very personable, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She has all the qualities that make for a great realtor and I have never worked with a better realtor. During the selling process, which went quickly, she was very flexible meeting with us at Starbucks which made it easier to sign the documents. Vera responded quickly to my messages, texts, and calls no matter what time of day or night, or what day of the week, including weekends. All obvious signs of a caring and hardworking individual.
