The house we ultimately purchased was still being remodeled and had not yet gone on the market. Vera built the relationship with the seller and helped us submit a strong early offer while the remodel was still underway, allowing us to secure the home off market and close after the renovations were complete. What made this even more impressive is that we had an extensive list of criteria for the type of home we wanted. The house ultimately met 39 out of our 40 requirements and truly feels like our Pacific Northwest dream home.
