I rented from there twice. Once they delivered to my house n also picked up there. The scooter was awesome!! The second time I had a scooter delivered to me at the port of Seattle for my Alaskan cruise. Always on time, amazing communication A+++++++.... Then I got back and enjoyed the scooter so much they helped me buy a brand new one and had it delivered to my house! So amazing, wonderful communication, friendly staff , i fully recommend this place for any of your mobility needs!!!

Lost my wheelchair charger in the TSA screening and I called Mobility Solutions 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday night. Francis was so kind and rented me a lithium ion 24 volt charger which he had delivered the next morning for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Seattle Mobility. The cost was great, Francis was so helpful and everything went smoothly. We rented a mobility scooter for my mom so she was able to get around on our cruise easily and independently. They met us as the cruise port for drop off and picked it up as soon as we docked. Everything was so great, thank you so much for your help and attention, it was really appreciated and made our trip so much better!

Highly recommend! As a wheelchair user I was nervous to visit Seattle for the first time but Francis was fantastic throughout the whole trip. Not only was he an incredibly safe driver, but he gave us all of the tourist information we needed about the city too. I was travelling with another wheelchair user and we were both able to sit in our chairs in one of his vans too. It’s amazing to be able to travel together! Thanks, Francis. We can’t wait to return!

I highly recommend Seattle Mobility Solutions. We were in need of transporting my Father in a wheelchair to his grand daughters wedding in Seattle and there were very few options. I stumbled onto Seattle Mobility Solutions and Francis immediately returned my email and we later spoke on the phone to confirm the reservation. This was a Saturday evening wedding. His communication and follow up was outstanding. Anthony (Tony) showed up on time and was one of the finest gentleman you could ask for. Pickup and drop off for my Mom and Dad and the return trip were just exceptional and the family had peace of mind. I'm super appreciative of this service and that Francis and Tony taking such good care of of everything. Now that we know this exists, we will be able to get our Dad out to more social gatherings. My experience with Seattle Mobility Solutions was excellent. Francis and his team were so accommodating for my mother's early doctors appointment and I really appreciated it. Francis ended up being our driver as well and he was so kind and empathetic with my mother. He even let us borrow his wheelchair pedals to make her transfer even smoother. Highly recommend and will definitely use their service again in the future.

I herniated a disk right before my long awaited family vacation and needed a way to get around a cruise ship and various destinations for a week. I was able to reserve a motorized scooter from cloud of goods just a couple days before departure. The service was excellent. They communicated with me often and met me at the cruise pier - the handoff was flawless. The scooter was in great condition and really made it possible to enjoy my trip. I highly recommend cloud of goods for making this difficult situation as convenient as possible.

I reserved a scooter for my trip to Seattle and an Alaskan cruise. The scooter was delivered promptly prior to my arrival. I had a minor hiccups with the battery life on the Seattle hills. Within 24 hours I had a heavy duty mobility scooter. The new scooter was delivered to the hotel lobby the process was easy and pain free. Not only was the new scooter perfect for the Seattle and Alaska hills. Frances was amazing and offer to assist us with airport transport. He truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company for their amazing service. Especially Frances who exemplifies excellent Customer service.

Rented a scooter for my mom when she visited me in the Seattle area. Pick up and drop off were great, the scooter fit in my SUV, along with 4 people and luggage! It was easy to assemble/disassemble, charge, and drive. We had it at Pike Place Market, the Seattle Waterfront, and the Olympic Peninsula.

Injured my knee at O'Hare on my way to Seattle for a 7 day cruise ,contacted Clouds on our way to Seattle. They had Anthony drop off a scooter right where our transfer bus parked at the Port.. Scooter worked fantastic on the ship,made all the excursions, except 1 ... Ship attendants were very helpful storing/charging it overnight !! Careful, It was very fast, especially 1st time using one.. Even had a race on the ship with a shop saleslady !!!! I'm pretty big, scooter had no problem getting up gangways or ramps...
