Evan V. Was great!. He was cheerful, polite and easy to communicate with. He added us on the end of a long day with no additional after hours fee to ensure that our furnace was functioning correctly. He completed the job in one visit. I highly recommend!

Seaside Heating & Cooling went way above and beyond what 5-star service normally looks like. Evan took on a very challenging residential install of a ducted heat pump system, retrofitting it into our existing Central A/C setup after the old system failed and had to be removed. On top of that, he had to extend ductwork into a very tight addition — not an easy task by any means. After everything was installed, the system wasn’t working correctly. Instead of giving up or pointing fingers, Evan spent the time troubleshooting with the manufacturer and methodically working through every possibility. When it seemed like the system itself might be faulty, he kept digging and ultimately discovered the real issue — a loose pin in the air handler. That level of persistence and attention to detail is rare. Evan may be a small company, but his customer service, work ethic, and determination absolutely exceed that of much larger outfits. We 100% recommend Seaside Heating & Cooling. He also serviced the gas furnace in our shop and was extremely thorough. Next spring, Evan will be servicing the heat pump in our ADU as well. We will only be using Seaside Heating & Cooling moving forward for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Very knowledgeable about boilers and helps explain things so you understand how your system works. Very courteous, work is well done and area is left spotless when he is finished. If your boiler needs a little tweak after service, Evan is very quick to respond.
