I’ve been a regular customer here for about 2.5 years, mainly because of the convenient location. The quality of service really depends on which technician you get and whether they are rushed or in the right headspace that day. Looking back, there were warning signs. I once brought a friend in for a pre-wedding manicure, and her cuticle was cut so deeply that she was bleeding and in pain. Another time, my partner left with a bleeding foot after a pedicure due to over-filing. Those incidents should have made me stop coming, but I stayed because 3 technicians (Tracy, Tiffany and Jessy) I regularly see are usually solid. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was upsetting enough that it left me in tears. I came in for a mani/pedi ahead of my bachelorette trip - an important event for me. The technician who did my manicure is someone I often need to ask to correct my nail shape, as she tends to blame on my uneven fingers, which I usually let that go as long as it’s fixed. This time, I asked for a cat-eye polish that fit a bridal theme and pointed directly to the example displayed in the salon. What ended up on my nails looked nothing like the display - it leaned silver/pink and metallic, which I clearly said I did not want. I was told that the display and the actual result are “different,” and while I understand that not knowing exact color names may technically be on me, the situation could have been handled with more patience and guidance. Instead, the technician became dismissive and said, “Ugh, oh my god! If you want to see other colors, get up and look yourself.” For an event like a bachelorette, I think it’s reasonable to be particular. When I stood up to look at other options, another technician joined the conversation and raised her voice, insisting that cat-eye polish has to be silver. I felt cornered and overwhelmed to the point where I apologized for being “too picky,” even though I was simply asking for help. To end the situation, I asked for a different sparkly color over a milky base. Thankfully, the final result was fine, but by then I was anxious that my nails might be rushed or mishandled out of frustration. At checkout, I calmly told the manager that as a long-time customer, I expected to be treated with respect and that the situation wasn’t handled well. I still tipped both technicians. Her response felt dismissive - she said my appointment ran over time and that the technician was “just trying to please me,” which missed the point entirely. The next day, I had to return because two of my toenails were ruined - likely from being rushed into flip-flops while the polish was still setting. I truly didn’t want to come back, but it was the day before my bachelorette. I was told to return in an hour and felt uncomfortable due to the tension and looks from staff. Thankfully, a different technician fixed the issue professionally and kindly, and I tipped her separately for her time. After visiting other nail salons, I realized the gel polish tends to last longer there (for me it was about 10 days here), and technicians usually shape the nails correctly without me having to repeatedly ask for adjustments. Because of these experiences, I’m not sure if I will return. I hope the salon reflects on both technical quality and customer hospitality.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Been going for years. My regular go-to has been out on maternity leave, so I was assigned someone new. Tiffany. And honestly found a new place closer to home. I was in the area so of course I went there. But I will never go back and can no longer recommend this place. She was upset that I had hard gel. Apparently it’s harder to remove, but since no other technician has treated me so rudely, I didn’t know that. She was very mean, snapping at me and saying that this is ten dollars more to remove, I had no issue with that. She tugged at my arm on three separate occasions and I said I’d scout forward. She laughed. I considered leaving, but I simply needed the nails done. There was no need to be scolded or tugged at. I paid and left her a good tip but I won’t go back and I do not recommend you spend your hard earned money at a place that will have you leaving upset. I will say my nails turned out good, not great. One nail in particular has a huge bump. I was not alone, my friend was next to me and she even said - seemed like I was in trouble and be scolded too. Times are tough. My money is spent wisely, nails are an extra perk but I definitely will not go back here.

I cant say enough positive things about this establishment. Tina was my nail tech for over 2 decades I've also had other techs work on my nails and never disappoint. I also take my special needs daughter and they are all amazing with her. Love them đź’•

I had a great experience. Me and a friend got gel manis and spa pedicures. They have a margarita machine inside. The drinks were tasty! Loved the service. They shaped my nails just the way I love them. Affordable services. I paid $105, not including tip.

Such a great job! Not from the area but probably one of the best full sets I’ve had. Wasn’t excepting much since I’m not familiar with the area - just in town for a wedding. I went in when they opened and helped me right away. Quality was great and a full set with nail design and gel pedicure took a little over an hour which I was impressed with! I haven’t seen quality and speed like that in a while :) I wish they were in the Bay Area because I would go often! Highly recommend!

I was in town for a trade show and after walking miles at the show I decided to treat myself to a pedicure the next day. I made an appointment the day before but when I went to the place they all turned to me and looked like I was disturbing them. My appointment was an hour after they opened so it’s not like I was getting there before they opened. The lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job. I just did not feel super welcome in the space. The space is also slightly unorganized, which I know would bother some people

The pedicures are amazing here- I splurge on the deluxe with 2 optional treatments- ( I got the paraffin wax and callous removal- $51 seemed like a bargain. Pretty salon that is clean and comfortable. Tami is fabulous. you can find this in the shopping area that fronts Harbor Drive at Seaport Village-behind the Cheesecake Factory - you can use the Seaport parking to pay $5 for up to 2 hours on Fridays and Saturdays- the same courtyard has a great Poke place and wine bar too. Gem. I always wait for the pedicure chair by the window! (2nd picture is the view from that chair)

I did a walk-in and was accommodated after my lunch around the area. the shop ambience is relaxing and nice. the person who did my nails did my requests and I am satisfied with the result. they also offer military discounts. only downside was that parking around the area is expensive, I paid around $40 for 3 hours.

I’ve been to multiple salons here in San Diego and got annoyed at my nails either chipping or not looking how I wanted. Seaport Nails is the ONLY salon that makes my nails look how I want them too and they last 4+ weeks without chips! The salon is gorgeous inside, clean, and the workers are all amazing and nice! The pricing is really good too, $55 for dip nails is much better than $60+ at most salons I’ve been too!
