Sealing Agents of AVL

Driver headed from Brevard on going north to Mills River drives way too fast and switches lanes too much for a large vehicle like that and also likes to hang out in the left hand lane when other traffic is trying to pass. 11/24 at 11:50 AM. Put a dash cam in that vehicle and review how they drive.

Poor quality service and execution-- would never use again. Left gaps all over the inside of my crawl space, didnt connect the drain of my dehumidifier thus causing water buildup inside. Update: they charged me to come back and reseal the crawl space and left areas untaped and now are putting in a demand letter to try to get me to pay for their half rate servies. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

They showed up on time just like the other review states. However, they didn't communicate the process at all. They did a full encapsulation on our crawlspace, and also had to install a sump-pump and dehumidifier. The work and set up was sufficient, however they made a big mess while moving things around and didn't put anything back. They also left trash laying around in our yard and driveway. I also had to call them back out to install a pipe from our sump-pump to a drainage away from our house, because it was just pulling the water from our crawlspace and dumping it back out onto the foundation to soak back into our crawlspace....dumb right? I actually had to go out and shovel dirt back to our foundation, because the water from the sump-pump was eroding the dirt around our foundation. Also I was very surprised to see that no one ever came back out to observe or look over the work that we almost paid 10 grand to complete. They overall did the job, but like I stated they didn't communicate the work or make sure we were satisfied, and also check to make sure their crews had even done a good job on it. Also they didn't report r tell us about a large leaking pipe in our crawlspace either that was causing water issues, and our electrician noticed it while we was hooking up the sump-pump and dehumidifier. Disappointed in them.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Called them despite the other poor reviews. Very difficult to get a live person on the phone, leaving a message is generally the most common option. When someone does call you back they're in the wrong territory and promise to contact the correct party. However, they don't call that coworker - they email them.. If you contact them plan on speaking with Mandy, Mary, Lisa, Laura or Amy and it never going anywhere.

Person who I spoke with stated they were too busy for any new business. Good for them. Bad for their potential customers. Seems to me if you have folks ready to spend money with your company you would consider ramping up if you lack capacity. Oh well. Thats my review of their operation.
